★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se chiami per un preventivo tu chiedono il diritto di chiamata di 35 euro. Avrebbero preso un bel lavoro... ma non mi fido mai di chi mette le mani avanti. Sconsigliato.
If you call for a quote you ask for the 35 euro call fee. They would have taken a good job ... but I never trust anyone who puts their hands forward. Not recommended.

Arriva il tecnico Luigi, persona per bene ed educata, ascolta quanto ho da riferire e subito si mette all’opera.
In meno di 15 minuti individua il problema è da lì si è svolto il tutto in maniera eccellente!
Lavoro anch’io al pubblico nel settore auto e so quanto fa bene sentirsi elogiati!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiti telefonicamente per installare un climatizzatore ricevo un preventivo, dopo due settimane al mio rientro dalle ferie mi viene chiesto quasi il doppio, mi chiedono le foto del posto dell'installazione e non si fanno più sentire.... veramente poco professionali ed inaffidabili!!!
Contacted by phone to install an air conditioner I receive a quote, after two weeks on my return from vacation I am asked for almost double, they ask me for photos of the place of the installation and they are no longer felt .... really unprofessional and unreliable! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ azienda non consigliata, chiamo per una riparazione di una caldaia, concordiamo un orario, il giorno dell'appuntamento mi chiamano per anticipare di un ora, perchè per quell'orario il tecnico doveva staccare. morale della favola, da un occhiata veloce alla caldaia, mi dice bisogna cambiarla, secondo me aveva premura, mancavano 15 minuti allo scadere del suo lavoro, mi chiede il pagamento della visita, mi dice che il giorno dopo mi faceva avere un preventivo ben dettagliato. non lo sentito più, li ho cercato è non mi danno risposta, Da premettere che prima che ci mettesse mano la caldaia era buona, dopo si e messo a perdere acqua.

Chiedo un regolatore di gas caldaia, mi chiedono la matricola, fornisco il dato, non hanno il pezzo perché la caldaia è datata 2011.
Mi dicono che devo rivolgermi all'assistenza savio, cerco su Google come centro assistenza fornisce il loro indirizzo.
Dopo due giorni poiché avevo mandato un messaggio wa, mi contatta una signora chiedendomi cosa avevo bisogno.
Riformulo la richiesta e l'interlocutrice mi dice:
Mi hanno detto che non posso aiutarla.
Ho dedotto che non mi hanno voluto aiutare.
Pessima esperienza.
