β β β β β The package from China to Milan 5 days, from Milan to my place already more than one week! ? I stay at home the whole week! No email, no SMS! I call them everyday twice! They gave me so many different numbers and Tracking number, everyday they said will arrive today! Will arrive around 18:00. Will arrive at noon...but nothing! If you check online, it probably will show βcan not contact βorβwrong contactβ. How could you survive like this? Please bankrupt as soon as possible, do not wast social resources.

β β β β β One of the pathetic courier service I had ever experienced. They are dodging the calls and do not give a proper response on when the delivery will be made. I am calling them for the past one week and am yet to receive the courier. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst customers support !
