Se cercate le tipiche pietanze "Americane" (non quelle surgelate) cucinate rigorosamente seguendo la tradizione del BBQ e dell'affumicatura, BRISKET è il posto che fa per voi. Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare/cenare più di una volta avendo la possibilità di provare vari piatti. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dal Pulled Pork ma soprattutto dalle RIBS di maiale, veramente notevoli e cucinate con maestria. Attenzione non è un Fast Food, quindi non aspettatevi prezzi "popolari", ma fidatevi ogni piatto vale il centesimo che costa. Ultima cosa ma non per importanza, la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, merce rara di questi tempi. Bravi! P.S: Nelle mie foto potete osservare Wrap di Pollo e Beef Ribs Black Angus USA. Top in Palermo. If you are looking for typical "American" dishes (not frozen ones) cooked strictly following the tradition of BBQ and smoking, BRISKET is the place for you. I have had the pleasure of having lunch / dinner more than once having the opportunity to try various dishes. I was particularly impressed by the Pulled Pork but above all by the pork RIBS, truly remarkable and cooked with skill. Beware it is not a Fast Food, so don't expect "popular" prices, but trust every dish is worth the penny it costs. G	Giovanni argentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aspettavo qualcosa di buono e soprattutto una proposta di cibo diversa rispetto al solito che c'è in centro a Palermo, non potevo avere risposta migliore. La carne è semplicemente spettacolare, il burrito ordinato altrettanto. Sia come qualità del ripieno che l'impasto stesso. Il menù come varietà di contorni presenta delle chicche come i fagioli texani e il purè all'aglio che non trovi da molte parti, lo stesso vale per le salse proposte. Il prezzo, tenendo conto dei tempi di preparazione e soprattutto considerando un contorno non banale letteralmente offerto con la portata non lo trovo per niente costoso, anzi. Chi critica ciò può ritornare a sfruttare i coupon dei fast food poco distanti da qui. Ritornerò assolutamente. I was expecting something good and above all a different food proposal than usual in the center of Palermo, I could not have had a better answer. The meat is simply spectacular, the burrito ordered just as well. Both in terms of the quality of the filling and the dough itself. The menu as a variety of side dishes has some goodies such as Texan beans and garlic purée that you can't find in many places, the same goes for the proposed sauces. The price, taking into account the preparation times and above all considering a non-trivial side dish literally offered with the course, I don't find it expensive at all, on the contrary. Those who criticize this can return to take advantage of the fast food coupons not far from here. I will absolutely return.

Vi spiego meglio: il locale è situato in una via centrale di Palermo molto di passaggio ed il posto per quanto carino conserva quel classico stile da ristorante informale. Il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile (hanno risposto a tantissime domande e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste). La cucina è ottima, si vede che dietro la scelta dei tagli di carne c'è una buona selezione e le tecniche di cottura sono ineccepibili, in pieno stile BBQ americano. Il prezzo è più che adeguato e si aggira attorno ai 20 euro a persona. Arriviamo ora ai ma.... La prima cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso è stata l' assenza di riscaldamento nel locale ( devo precisare che i camerieri ci hanno fornito una stufetta e si sono mostrati super disponibili ma il locale era freddo). Secondo piccolo problema riguarda il menù : antipasti (e mi riferisco alle alette di pollo come anche le strips) non sono secondo me allo stesso livello delle altre portate ( sempre di un certo tenore ma decisamente inferiori). Nel complesso lo reputo un buon locale con ottimo potenziale di crescita anche se ancora un po' acerbo. Detto tutto ciò nutro grande speranza nei confronti di questo "nuovo" tipo di cucina che a Palermo non esiste e RIPETO con grande convizione che questo sia un locale che merita. Spero di tornare al più presto e di poter aggiungere l' ultima stella. Great place with some but ... I'll explain better: the place is located in a central street of Palermo, very passing through and the place, however nice, retains that classic informal restaurant style. The staff is very kind and super helpful (they answered many questions and satisfied all our requests). The cuisine is excellent, you can see that behind the choice of cuts of meat there is a good selection and the cooking techniques are impeccable, in full American BBQ style. The price is more than adequate and is around 20 euros per person. Now let's get to the but .... The first thing that made me turn up my nose was the lack of heating in the room (I must specify that the waiters gave us a small heater and were super helpful but the room was cold) . Second small problem concerns the menu: appetizers (and I refer to the chicken wings as well as the strips) are not in my opinion at the same level as the other courses (always of a certain content but definitely lower). Overall I consider it a good place with excellent growth potential even if still a little bit unripe. Having said all this, I have great hope for this "new" type of cuisine that does not exist in Palermo and I REPEAT with great conviction that this is a place that deserves. I hope to be back soon and to be able to add the last star.

Cottura fantastica, carne succosa, tenera e saporita, d'altronde sono i vantaggi del low and Slow che fatto a dovere rendono ogni boccone un'esperienza di gusto. I prezzi non sono bassi ma nemmeno eccessivi, li trovo giusti considerato anche il grande lavoro che c'è dietro queste preparazioni e la qualità della materia prima. Ovviamente tornerò per provare gli altri piatti! Infine da segnalare l'estrema cordialità del personale che ha reso tutto perfetto. Bravissimi!!! A place where meat lovers should definitely go! I ordered a brisket sandwich and beef rib with my wife. Fantastic cooking, juicy, tender and tasty meat, on the other hand are the advantages of the low and slow which, when done properly, make every bite a taste experience. The prices are not low but not excessive, I find them right also considering the great work behind these preparations and the quality of the raw material. Of course I'll be back to try the other dishes! Finally, to report the extreme friendliness of the staff who made everything perfect. Very good !!!

Abbiamo prenotato su Google e il tavolo era pronto per noi quando siamo arrivati. Abbiamo provato gli antipasti ed erano buonissimi. Poi siamo passati alle specialità e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi col Beef Ribs o con lo Stinco di Maiale o con Pulled Pork. A chiudere il tutto ettolitri di Birra alla spina. Tutto molto buono e servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo pagato 25euro a persona, un prezzo ottimo per tutto. We tried the appetizers and they were yummy. Then we moved on to the specialties and were pleasantly surprised with the Beef Ribs or the Pork Shank or the Pulled Pork.
