Per quanto riguarda il cibo la pizza è sottile, ben lievitata, e condita. Ho provato gli hamburger e sono spettacolari, buonissimi oltre che curati nella presentazione. Dolci ottimi, consiglio il parfait alle mandorle o al pistacchio, buonissimi. Le porzioni sono generose. Il servizio è presente ed attento, ma discreto. Nota positiva per l'acustica del locale, anche se pieno non serve alzare la voce per conversare. Very refined and refined restaurant, without being ostentatious. A proposito di quest'ultime, oltre le carni base (tagliate e filetti), vi sono carni frollate (qualche tipo...). Unico problema delle frollate, solo taglio fiorentina da oltre il chilo... un po' limitante. In merito alla pizza buona ma... nulla più. Emerge grande professionalità e attenzione al cliente. La location è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, con un tocco green che abbiamo tanto apprezzato, c’è anche la possibilità di mangiare all’esterno, adibito a veranda ben riscaldato per l’inverno. Il menù è vario e spazia dalle carni alle pizze. La lista delle pizze presenta anche la sezione “gourmet” in cui si possono trovare abbinamenti più ricercati. Tutti i prodotti sono di qualità con una grandissima attenzione ai prodotti DOP. Sono presenti tre tipi di impasti, noi abbiamo optato per il loro “napoletano”, il classico. Un impasto ben idratato, ben alveolato, molto morbido, l’abbiamo trovato un po’ sapido. Il menù offre una vasta scelta anche per i bambini, c'è anche l'accesso per disabili. Sia i secondi che le pizze che abbiamo preso erano uniche, cucinate davvero bene. Il servizio è veloce, il locale è accogliente, la cucina davvero deliziosa e i prezzi nella media (antipasto, pizza e birra circa 25euro a persona).
