★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto semplicemente di un altro livello!! Pur nella semplicità e nella “pop”olarita dei suoi piatti la cura nella scelta dei contenuti è notevole! Anche una semplice caponata di Carciofi è deliziosa nel suo “assemblaggio” e con un tocco di cacao amaro che aggiunge il più classico dei nonsocchè! Fiori di zucca in pastella di farina di grano tenero tipo2 con ricotta ed alici, per iniziare al meglio il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Mojito allo Zacapa!
La loro versione della Rianata trapanese strepitosa, senza appello la migliore mia provata!
Simply another level place !! Despite the simplicity and "pop" olarity of his dishes, the care in the choice of contents is remarkable! Even a simple artichoke caponata is delicious in its "assembly" and with a touch of bitter cocoa that adds the most classic of nonsocchè! Zucchini flowers in batter of type 2 soft wheat flour with ricotta and anchovies, to start off everything accompanied by an excellent Mojito allo Zacapa!
Their version of the amazing Trapanese Rianata, without appeal the best I have proven!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale accogliente, personale sempre disponibile ma l'attrazione principale è stata la cena con ingredienti freschi e genuini, il filetto di cinisana buonissimo comprese le verdure di contorno, le pizze con ingredienti freschi e locali, l'impasto a lunga lievitazione molto leggero. Cena soddisfacente, da provare. Complimenti al proprietario e al personale.
Cozy place, staff always available but the main attraction was the dinner with fresh and genuine ingredients, the delicious cinisana fillet including the side vegetables, the pizzas with fresh and local ingredients, the very light long leavening dough. Satisfying dinner, to try. Kudos to the owner and staff.
