Lo staff, professionale e cortese, riesce ad intrattenere piacevolmente ed a guidare con competenza e discrezione la scelta degli articoli. Una raccomandazione essenziale: la bottega si trova nel centro commerciale della città, con rarefatta possibilità di trovare parcheggio, per cui è consigliabile l'uso dei mezzi pubblici. Mi dispiace che non ho trovato più misure disponibili per ogni calzatura in modo da poter provare ogni scarpa e magari acquistare più prodotti ritirando direttamente a mano il prodotto. Avendo già una esperienza con tre negozi mi sento di dare dei consigli. Refined and elegant boutique, helpful staff is very courteous but it would take one more person expects too much. I am sorry that I have not found more sizes available for each shoe so that you can try on each shoe and maybe buy more products by picking up the product directly by hand. Having already had experience with three stores, I feel like giving some advice.

Scarpe bellissime e negozio fantastico, trovata la misura e in mancanza di disponibilità del modello scelto, il Direttore mi dice che non c'è nessun problema, arriveranno a casa tra 2 giorni. Ho trovato accoglienza, competenza e disponibilità nel giovane ma esperto direttore, oltre al marchio che è stratosferico! Mi ha guidato egregiamente nella scelta descrivendo alla perfezione le caratteristiche della scarpa e i materiali che la compongono. Mai vista così tanta professionalità e consapevolezza in un negozio di scarpe. Chi mi ha servito conosce il prodotto ed è evidente che crede in quello che fa al punto da conquistarmi. Mi viene prospettato SOLO il rimborso per far riparare le scarpe, rotte che ho rifiutato.: Mi dispiace solo che il Vs. prodotto sia scadente e\o difettoso, anche costatato dal Vs. calzolaio. Tenetevi pure i soldi della riparazione ed il tempo perso per andare dal calzolaio..Avete sicuramente perso un cliente: Sul mio carrello, nel Vs. sito, stavo per acquistare la Vs. borsa, ma se la qualità è la stessa delle scarpe.....
