Se l intervento è superiore mi avvisano e se io non lo voglio fare gli lascio 20 euro (onesto) ma sentite bene la macchinetta me la restituisce tutta smontata. Notare che la macchinetta oggi funziona ma ha un piccolo difetto. Quando gli faccio notare che io in qualsiasi caso pago per buttare via la macchinetta mi risponde con arroganza che il mio discorso è asssurdo. Senza parole. Appena entrata nel negozio , sono stata accolta in modo molto cordiale e disponibile ( cosa rara ad Ancona), mi hanno anche offerto un caffe' prima di andare via . Riparata in pochissimi giorni, quando sono andata a ritirarlo ho trovato un tecnico veramente molto competente che mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio il lavoro svolto e mi ha dato dei consigli sulla manutenzione da fare per evitare di tornare di nuovo in assistenza . Mi ha fatto vedere anche il pezzo che ha cambiato. A chi ne ha bisogno consiglio vivamente questa assistenza I brought a Philips juice extractor for repair because it was no longer spinning.
