Nel negozio servivano due signori: uno anziano l'altro un uome sui 40 anni. Quest'ultimo è stato scortese sin dal primo approccio. Non avendo impacchettato la scatola contenente router ed accessori ( a casa non avevo carta da pacchi) si è spazientito. Gli ho chiesto se aveva un foglio da pacchi da vendermi e mi ha indicato la posizione. Ho impacchettato alla bell'e meglio (il foglio era troppo grande e quindi l'ho dovuto strappare con le mani. L'impacchettamento sicuramente non era dei migliori e lo ha fatto notare immediatamente, irritandosi nuovamente. Ed io di rimando "Ma poi ci si mette lo schotch!". Ha avuto la bonta' di prenderlo e di nastrarmi adeguatamente il pacchetto. Costo del foglio € 1,50, non so se mi ha fatto pagare la nastratura del pacchetto . Non avevo banconote e con gli spicci non c'arrivavo. Mi ha costretto, essendosi ti fiutato di farmi pagare col bancomat, a recarmi presso un bancomat di altra banca rispetto a quella dove ho il c/c così di commissioni pagherò altri euro. Uscendo ho salutato, risposta zero, ma sono stato invitato a togliere la carta che avevo lasciato sopra non so cosa, giusto cetamente, ma il tono sgarbato e senza un "per piacere". Una persona dal modo di interfacciarsi col cliente davvero sgradevole, a dir poco. Non mi recherò mai più in quel negozio. Peccato non si possa assegnare nessuna stella. Mi ha invitata in malo modo a tornare più tardi. Senza nulla di fatto (una banale rilegatura) ho seguito il consiglio ma sicuramente non tornerò ?? Il file era troppo grande per essere inviato via mail allora ho proposto una soluzione alternativa a cui ha solo risposto con "no". Alla fine è riuscito ad inviarmelo via mail in una qualità pessima ed ovviamente era nello spam visto che nemmeno ha inserito l'oggetto. 2 stelle e non 1 solo perché alla fine ho avuto la scannerizzazione ma è costata 7€ (per 35 facciate) che è eccessivo.
