È stato uno dei negozi fondatori della catena EXPERT in Italia. Oltre agli articoli della catena, pubblicizzati nei volantini, vi è una esposizione di elettrodomestici. televisori, cucine, frigoriferi, lavatrici ecc. distribuita su due piani. Ha il suo principale punto di forza nella competenza degli addetti alla vendita nei diversi settori e nell'assistenza pre, ma soprattutto, post vendita ai clienti. L'assistenza è quello che la differenzia rispetto ai negozi online o delle grandi superfici che, una volta venduto un articolo, fanno sentire l'acquirente come abbandonato a sé stesso. Ma devo fare assolutamente i complimenti a Pasquale per averlo risolto e in tempi molto brevi... Da considerare questo fattore quando si acquista... Nel complesso consigliato come negozio ? Brevissima "divagazione", spero non eccessivamente inopportuna: un tempo c'era a Molfetta il negozio, conosciuto come "Bellifèm'n", negozio nel quale, come noto, hanno prestato servizio anche talune illustri personalità... sono convinto invece che la cultura e la professionalità si riconoscono tutti i giorni nel negozio, senza necessariamente diventare famosi.
