E per fortuna (qualche volta nella vita si è anche fortunati) ho conosciuto la Tempocasa Ancona, e con la staff di Gabriele è stato subito "feeling", non è che ci siamo innamorati, che avete capito... è che davvero non mi aspettavo tanta gentilezza e professionalità. Si sono messi in moto, la mia richiesta e le mie esigenze le hanno letteralmente "adottate! In pratica hanno adottato anche il mio appartamento, girato video dello stesso, scattato foto, l'hanno fatto navigare su internet, e visitare a vari acquirenti candidati. Beh è andata a finire che a tempo di record l'affare è andato in porto, trovato l'acquirente, con mia soddisfazione sul prezzo di vendita, e poi Gabriele & C hanno "adottato" un po' anche me, seguendo tutto l'iter dell'atto di compravendita, fino al rogito e ancora siamo in contatto per altre cose burocratiche. Insomma, Tempocasa è sinonimo di "bel tempo" ed esito luminoso per chi vuol vendere il proprio appartamento... e non solo! Mi ci sono voluti diversi mesi e una marea di visite ma alla fine ho trovato la casa perfetta al prezzo giusto, tra le molte offerte dall'agenzia. Consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto se non si è esperti di compravendita, in quanto sanno consigliare bene a capire le esigenze degli utenti. Very professional and helpful real estate agents.
