Paolo and Nicola are amazing people always looking to help their customers. I was in Italy looking for an apartment to rent and I did not speak english, nevertheless they always try to understand me and help me in the best possible way,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo con le precedenti recensioni tranne per quelle che puntualizzano che sono rumeni (questo è ininfluente). Atteggiamento freddo e distaccato, ai limiti dell'antipatia, lasciando l'impressione di essere visti come clienti di serie B: delle abitazioni visitate con l'agente, ho firmato il modulo di visita solo per la prima, dunque le mie proposte non solo non sono state prese in considerazione, ma non c'era nessun documento che testimoniasse il mio interesse per l'immobile, quindi la cernita l'hanno fatta loro stessi a priori e non i proprietari. Da ciò si deduce scarsa competenza professionale e zero capacità di mediazione. Supponenti e poco disponibili, il loro ruolo è ridotto alla parcella che chiedono, perché si dimostrano tutto tranne che dei mediatori immobiliari.
I agree with the previous reviews except for those which point out that they are Romanian (this is irrelevant). Cold and detached attitude, bordering on antipathy, leaving the impression of being seen as second-class customers: of the homes visited with the agent, I signed the visit form only for the first, so my proposals not only not were taken into consideration, but there was no document that testified my interest in the property, so the selection was done by themselves a priori and not by the owners. From this we can deduce little professional competence and zero mediation skills. Arbiters and not very available, their role is reduced to the fee they ask for, because they prove to be anything but real estate brokers.
