★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cortesia, velocità, disponibilità. Ho aperto il conto con la ditta 9 anni fa, e 3 anni fa ho aperto anche personale. Ho creato un'altra ditta, e sono contenta di aver aperto anche il conto nella stessa banca! Secondo me, è molto competitiva!
courtesy, speed, availability. I opened the account with the company 9 years ago, and 3 years ago I also opened staff. I have created another company, and I am happy to have opened the account in the same bank too! In my opinion, it is very competitive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaggio da Ubi a Bper come esser passati da una banca da cui hai certezze ad una banca che non sa cosa fa.
Mi avevano detto che non sarebbero cambiati i costi invece sono aumentati.
Cal center da dimenticare che esista tanto non serve a nulla. Anzi serve solo a farti icazzare da pensare di chiudere immediatamente se ci fosse possibilita il conto.
Lunedi cerchero una nuova banca.
- Ho chiesto informazioni in merito all applicativo smart da cellulare in merito a come fare per procedere a un F24 e se non fornivo tutti i miei codici (dopo aver gia dato i miei dati personali) mi hanno detto che non mi spiegavano proprio niente. Quindi sono rimasto senza poter fare l F24. Osceno
- per cambio UBI BPER hanno cambiato le carte ma dall applicativo non si riescono ad attivare quindi devo perdere tempo e ore di lavoro per andare con appuntamento in base a loro disponibilita in banca. Osceno
- per lo stesso motivo di cui sopra mi dicono che la nuova carta di credito non posso averla Visa e mi convinckno a firmare e chiedere una mastercard anche piu costosa di qiella che avevo prima. Arrivo a casa e dall applicazione del cellulare invece mi propone come nuova carta una Visa per di piu gratuita. Dovrò anche in questo casa andare im banca dopo aver comjnqie avvisato ceh non volevo piu la mastercard x mettere a posto la situazione.
Switching from Ubi to Bper like having gone from a bank you are certain of to a bank that does not know what it does.
They told me that the costs would not change but instead they increased.
Cal center to forget that there is so much is useless. Indeed it only serves to make you pissed by thinking of closing immediately if there was a possibility of the account.
I'm looking for a new bank on Monday.
- I asked for information about the smart mobile application on how to proceed with an F24 and if I did not provide all my codes (after having already given my personal data) they told me that they did not explain anything to me. So I was left unable to do the F24. Obscene
- for UBI BPER exchange they have changed the cards but they cannot be activated from the application so I have to waste time and hours of work to go to the bank with an appointment based on their availability. Obscene
- for the same reason as above they tell me that I can't have the new credit card Visa and they convince me to sign and ask for a mastercard even more expensive than the one I had before. I arrive home and from the mobile phone application instead he offers me a free Visa card as a new card. I will also have to go to the bank in this house after having warned me that I no longer wanted the mastercard to fix the situation.
