β β β β β We stayed in a beautiful flat in the heart of the city. The service was great, check in and check out worked out super smoothly, the staff was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!

β β β β β We had a very warm welcome, Loredana was waiting for us at the apartment at the agreed time. She gave us explanations about the appliances in the apartment as well as some advices about the nearby sightseeings and restaurants. The apartment has all amenities for self-catering plus washing machine, iron, strong wi-fi signal. The location is in the heart of Turin's historical center with lots of restaurants and most of the city's landmarks within walking distance. The small balcony is overlooking the busy Via XX Settembre.
The toilet flush in the main bathroom malfunctioned but it was quickly dealt with when we informed Maria. Additionally, there is a smaller bathroom+toilet adjacent to the bedroom. Nothing to worry about!
I do recommend this place and I would stay here again next time I come to Turin!

β β β β β My wife and I are in our seventies and have travelled extensively throughout Europe and the USA. We always prefer to rent an apartment or villa, either directly from the owner(s) or through their agents. We have just returned home having spent seven glorious days in Turin, at an apartment rented through Torino Sweet Home. I cannot fault their service nor the accommodation, both exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others as they are without doubt the best agency we personally have ever dealt with. My special thanks go to Lavinia who never failed to deal promptly with any queries during our stay.
Mia moglie ed io abbiamo circa settant'anni e abbiamo viaggiato molto in Europa e negli Stati Uniti. Preferiamo sempre affittare un appartamento o una villa, direttamente dal proprietario o dai suoi agenti. Siamo appena tornati a casa dopo aver trascorso sette gloriosi giorni a Torino, in un appartamento affittato attraverso Torino Sweet Home. Non posso criticare il loro servizio nΓ© l'alloggio, entrambi hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Non esiterei a consigliarli ad altri in quanto sono senza dubbio la migliore agenzia con cui abbiamo mai avuto a che fare personalmente. Il mio ringraziamento speciale va a Lavinia che non ha mai mancato di rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi domanda durante il nostro soggiorno.

β β β β β There is a chance that for Italian standards this accommodation arrangement is great, but not for the worldwide ones for sure. It's going to take too long to describe all the problems we have had during our half a year stay, but it is worth to mention that all these could be solved by the good communication which we haven't received (ignoring our messages and other issues). Extremely incompetent (and even dangerous) technical support! Still a nice place to stay for a couple days, but not for the long term.
