Molto valido anche il servizio post-vendita di gestione delle pratiche con il locatario (es voltura utenze...). Consiglio questa agenzia anche per l’originale formula “Affitto sicuro” con cui si garantisce la solvibilità del locatario ed eventuale gestione pratiche sfratto e pagamento delle mensilità fino alla risoluzione del contratto.
Trained and efficient staff. My accommodation was enhanced and rented thanks to them in a short time and in any case at a fair price. The after-sales service for managing practices with the tenant is also very valid (eg utility transfer ...). I also recommend this agency for the original "Safe rental" formula which guarantees the solvency of the tenant and possible management of eviction procedures and payment of monthly payments until the termination of the contract.
