Si era fatto tardi e dovevo ancora pranzare..allora mi son fermata lì davanti! Dopo una lunga decisione su quale panino optare, ho poi scelto! E devo dire che ME LO SONO PROPRIO GUSTATO! ? Gigante, succolento e preparato con cura! Poi il proprietario è stato carinissimo, ha dimostrato massima gentilezza e cortesia (cosa che ormai non è più scontata ahimè...)! Con mia zia ne abbiamo presi un paio per poi dividerli: il Pan Pork e il Pan Cheeseburger. È stato amore al primo morso!!! Il pane è buonissimo, dall'impasto morbido e leggero; le carni sono super buone e saporite; la cipolla al barbera pura poesia... E la salsa alla birra del Pan Pork e una nota di delicatezza perfetta. Si vede che gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità. I panini sono abbondanti e gli ingredienti ben distribuiti e bilanciati. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare i panini con il pesce. Il personale è molto gentile. Complimenti. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Tonight I tried Pan Pan's sandwiches for the first time, attracted by the menu days ago. With my aunt we took a couple and then divided them: the Pan Pork and the Pan Cheeseburger. It was love at first bite !!! The bread is very good, with a soft and light dough; the meats are super good and tasty; the onion with barbera pure poetry ... And the Pan Pork beer sauce and a note of perfect delicacy. You can see that the ingredients are top quality. The sandwiches are abundant and the ingredients well distributed and balanced. We will definitely be back to try the fish sandwiches. The staff is very nice. Compliments. I absolutely recommend it.

Sembravano apparentemente molto buone ed erano anche state scaldate subito prima di essermi consegnate. 5 € è un prezzo onesto per entrambe le focacce e quella con la frittata alle cipolle era molto buona, anche se un po' secca, però dopo 9 ore (edit: dopo 24 ore) ancora non l'ho digerita. L'altra, a mio parere, era un po' povera di ingredienti, nel senso che c'era soltanto tanto tanto prosciutto crudo, un po' di lattuga e nient'altro. Mi spiace perché l'idea non era male, ma si poteva sicuramente fare di più! I took two stuffed focaccias ordered with TooGoodToGo (worth € 15, but pay € 5). They looked very good on the surface and had even been reheated just before they were delivered to me. 5 € is a fair price for both focaccia and the one with the onion omelette was very good, even if a little dry, but after 9 hours (edit: after 24 hours) I still haven't digested it. The other, in my opinion, was a bit poor in ingredients, in the sense that there was only so much prosciutto, a little lettuce and nothing else. I'm sorry because the idea wasn't bad, but we could certainly have done more!

Il pane soprattutto merita tantissimo, un impasto leggerissimo che sembra piuma. Le ricette fanno spesso il verso alla cucina regionale e sono tutte abbondanti e saporite. Lo chef è molto simpatico e gentile. Fidatevi, se siete in dubbio su dove fermarvi a pranzo fateci un salto perché merita tantissimo. Among the best in Sansalvario. The recipes often mimic regional cuisine and are all abundant and tasty. The chef is very nice and kind. Trust me, if you are in doubt about where to stop for lunch, drop by because it deserves a lot.
