★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questa filiale previa appuntamento per avere informazioni per un mutuo: non ho ottenuto nessuna informazione, semplicemente un rimando al simulatore presente sul sito! Nessuna informazione sui tassi d'interesse, sulle assicurazioni mutuo, sui costi di incasso rata, sui costi di stipula; unico dato certo è il costo di perizia! Mi sembra chiaro e comprensibile che se si richiede un appuntamento in una filiale per ricevere informazioni da quelli che dovrebbero essere professionisti di settore, in grado di chiarire e rasserenare chi (per qualche decennio!) diventerà un cliente! Sconsigliatissima questa filiale.
I went to this branch by appointment to get information for a mortgage: I did not get any information, simply a reference to the simulator on the site! No information on interest rates, mortgage insurance, installment collection costs, stipulation costs; the only certain fact is the cost of the appraisal! It seems clear and understandable to me that if you ask for an appointment in a branch to receive information from those who should be professionals in the sector, able to clarify and cheer up who (for a few decades!) Will become a customer! This branch is highly discouraged.
