โ โ โ โ โ Ti aspetteresti un luogo in cui dalla semplice telefonata alla gestione monetaria si respirasse un'aria serena. Invece sono tutti circospetti, come se si aspettassero da un momento all'altro una sconvenienza, una fregatura (tu! a una banca!).
Scrivi per avere un'informazione, e scrivi, e scrivi, e scrivi email, ma niente, loro non rispondono. Allora provi a telefonare. Ma non capiscono. Non riescono mai a capire cosa chiedi. Anche se non c'รจ niente da capire, devono solo rispondere ad un tuo dubbio prima di aprire, eventualmente, un conto.
Cercano di chiudere in fretta la telefonata. Ti suggeriscono di chiamare la sede, a Padova; se perรฒ non ci sono scusanti e alla rischiesta devono necessariamente dare risposta loro, gli specialisti sono sempre "in riunione"; non mi hanno mai passato qualcuno. Ma ti faranno richiamare... quando, non si sa. Ti chiedono i tuoi dati, ma non sentirai mai nessuno.
Allora provi con la sede, ma la storia รจ la stessa: circospezione, incomprensioni, promesse di essere richiamato, email inevase a indirizzi diversi, suggeriti e ribaditi anche da loro.
A distanza di quasi un anno, lascio perdere.

You would expect a place where a serene air would breathe from the simple phone call to the monetary management. Instead they are all circumspect, as if they expected at any moment an impropriety, a rip-off (you! At a bank!).
Write to get information, and write, and write, and write emails, but nothing, they don't answer. Then try calling. But they don't understand. They never understand what you ask. Even if there is nothing to understand, they only have to answer to a doubt of yours before opening, possibly, an account.
They try to close the call quickly. They suggest you call the office in Padua; if, however, there are no excuses and they need to answer them, the specialists are always "in a meeting"; someone never passed me. But they will make you call back ... when, no one knows. They ask for your information, but you will never hear anyone.
Then try with the office, but the story is the same: circumspection, misunderstandings, promises to be recalled, unfilled emails to different addresses, suggested and reiterated by them too.
Almost a year later, I let it go.
So much for ethical finance!
