β β β β β We are clients of Bottega Veneta since 2005. We have never experienced this low quality of service as in this store. The staff seems to be interested exclusively in Asian clientelle who occupy the store for hours (while you wait outside) and conduct online translations directly from the store obviously reselling items. All the counters are occupied by the esteemed Asian guests and you do need to beg for attention and service from the staff. This is definitely not the expected service of Bottega Veneta. Probably the shop should limit those βonline distant salesβ or dedicate a separate room for them.

β β β β β Excellent help and service from Giorgio! He was very patient and gave a lot of great tips. We went back to Bottega again later to make additional purchases just because of his service! The other shops were lukewarm or curt. Great selection of bags, and the prices are very good. Love it that we could complete the tax return at the same location.

β β β β β The line up in the Bottega veneta store in the mall is nearly 50% cheaper than those in store. although the products are mostly previous season items, bottega wallets and bags are timeless and classic and doesnt get affected by season! (at least thats my thought) women's long wallet was on a sale at 360euro a piece during my vist!!
