 Not very assorted shop, exorbitant prices for the goods offered by remote collections, un-smiling and not very exhaustive staff. The only note of sympathy was the security guard at the front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio rispetto agli altri è veramente piccolino, però ho trovato molta pazienza e professionalità da parte delle commesse ed è l'unico negozio dove sono riuscita a trovare il regalo perfetto.
L'unica pecca sono le file, si entra pochi alla volta proprio perché il negozio è troppo piccolo.
The shop is really small compared to the others, but I found a lot of patience and professionalism on the part of the orders and it is the only store where I was able to find the perfect gift.
The only flaw is the rows, you enter a few at a time precisely because the store is too small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai stata personalmente nel negozio ma è come se ci fossi stata, ho acquistato a distanza grazie alla grande professionalità e disponibilità della sig.ra Claudia, la mia "consulente". Claudia è stata preziosa e fondamentale, per ogni richiesta mi ha inviato tantissime foto e tutte le informazioni possibili, con una pazienza ed una cortesia encomiabile. È grazie alle persone come lei che il cliente decide di "tornare" (anche se solo virtualmente nel mio caso) in un punto vendita.
I have never been in the shop personally but it is as if I had been there, I bought from a distance thanks to the great professionalism and availability of Ms Claudia, my "consultant". Claudia was precious and fundamental, for every request she sent me lots of photos and all the possible information, with a patience and a commendable courtesy. It is thanks to people like her that the customer decides to "return" (even if only virtually in my case) to a store.
