★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give lower than 1 star I will, not to the product but to the extremely rude unprofessional CHINESE employe. People should be treated with dignity and respect. Which I did not receive before during and after the purchase of products. I seriously question the management team’s ability to train its staffs and maintain a “high end” shop image after we received such service. You DO NOT need to hire people like this for your target customer group. Chinese customers who visit your shop can buy stuff with English just fine. DO NOT hire people whose eyes are above their heads!!!!!
