★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so many Chinese and some of them are very noisy and lack off manner. Also the staff seems very upset about them but they should not treat other customer bad. (all asians are not Chinese! there are Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean etc.) btw, price was cheap but i lost some feeling of shopping over there. extremely rude staff and customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have nice collection. But you can get much better ones and more variety from Prada the space in Montevarchi. The staff here is horrible and rude to another level. Never seen worse staff than here, even the doorman is pure rude! And the waiting line to pay in most days is 30 minutes minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop experience is just luck, one time you get a great employee that is super professional and the shop is empty, another time you get an employee that throws you the stuff in the face and it takes “literally”, i emphase literally, 1h15 minutes to pay, an overcrowded shop and a doorman screaming at you to enter faster. Been here for more than 10 times, very low standards for a luxury shop. If you need prada only, better go to The Space in montevarchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven to all Prada lover. A lot of choices - bags, footwear, and clothing. Staffs are friendly, especially Alex! I always wanted a black Prada belt, but the store staffs could only find navy blue. When I was at the counter, Alex was confirming my purchases and I casually say I always wanted black. He checked and found one. He ran up and down to find it tho I told him it is alright, I can live with Navy. In the end, I bought two! Brilliant, and passionate staff.
