★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience visiting this store is not the experience you expect when visiting Dolce & Gabbana. The shop assistant, when was asked to find a sweatshirt size 44 just took a 52 one to the cash desk and sold it to me. Additionally they refused to process the payment from the card without the ID, however they did it the day before. Don’t ever go there and I think they all deserve to be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is 5 min drive by meter taxi from The Mall Outlet. Just ask the information office at The Mall outlet to call a taxi for you if you cannot see one around. The outlet is far bigger than the one at The Mall. Don't let the name D&G outlet fool you and think they carry only this diffusion line...it's actually a Dolce and Gabbana Outlet as they carry majority of this line than D&G. Those who know their brands will know what am talking about.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who is disappointed at the shopping experience of the mall(you will never find a proper size in the stores if you are of small or medium size)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to reach: You can get a bus nearby Firenze SMN station and go to The Mall outlet. It takes almost 1hour. From the Mall, take a taxi to this store. It costs around 10€ for 3km. Reaching this store without car is quite inconvenient because there are very few taxi services working there.
Store: This is the biggest DolceGabbana outlet in the world and is located next to factory of this brand. They offer many items from previous collection. However, there are too many buyers who are willing to buy with big amounts to resell in there home country, you will be in difficult sometimes to find stocks. You should better make a call in advance to know details.
Staffs: They are nice and all-hearted employees!
