She took the trouble to bring down the items that I was interested in and she is able to give good advice on how to match the Fendi accessories with their Fendi bags. She has a very charming smile and beautiful hair style.

β β β β β The store itself is nice, but one of the vendor, an old woman, killed our experience. Because we were young, she looked down on us, wasn't helpful and wasn't happy to help us at all even though we bought clothes. I hope the store will do something for that.
The rest of the staff was really nice though.

First of all ,, the staff in this boutique was so friendly, professional and very expert ,, especially Miss Elisa Ciabatti ,, and the Manger of the store Miss Francesca
I have been looking for some items That was sold out in whole Europe, i finnally found it in this boutique particularly.
The sales employee Miss (Elisa Ciabatti) was so professional Extraordinary sales person, doing a great job with there customers,, incredibly helpful and she was more than happy to send me different options and collections , and answer my hundred questions; no bored , which I appreciated,,
Iam in my country, and I bought so many things which I love directly from this boutique in Italy ΨΨ the payment options was too convenient and secure,, also the shipping internationally was available.
I want to extend For Fendi a heart-felt thank you for having great staff especially Miss (Elisa Ciabatti ) to making this shopping experience so smooth and successful .
Ofcourse i will repeat shopping again and again with this boutique because of her,, and i will be there loyal regular customer in the future ?
