★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario scortese. Ho chiesto Gentilmente una gonfiata alle gomme (ero anche disposto a pagare) mi ha dato una pompa dicendomi di farlo da solo.. avrebbero potuto rubarmi la bici nel frattempo..
Sconsigliato.
 Rude owner. I kindly asked a tire inflated (I was also willing to pay) gave me a pump telling me to do it alone .. they could steal my bike in the meantime ..

il proprietario se la mena un casino, pensa di sapere le cose solo lui, saccente oltre modo e molto maleducato. tu per lui sei solo il pollo da spennare che deve stare zitto, lasciare la bici a riparare, il resto lo fa lui e poi ti frega con il conto finale (una volta non mi ha fatto tutti i lavori alla bici che gli avevo chiesto, solo la metà dei lavori aveva concluso, però i soldi li ha voluti tutti, dopo che gli ho fatto notare che non mi avevo fatto quello che avevo chiesto si è scusato e si è messo subito a lavorare)
un' altra volta per un lavoro da 5 minuti dovevo lasciargli la bici in negozio e ritirarla dopo due giorni.
Competenza zero, gentilezza zero, disponibilità zero

another time for a 5 minute job I had to leave the bike in the store and pick it up after two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortese ed incompetente. Ho portato la bicicletta per chiedere un preventivo per sistemare il cavalletto, e le sue risposte sono spaziate dal "perché non va alla decathlon" al "deve rivolgersi ad un fabbro"; per concludere mi ha sbattuto letteralmente la porta in faccia. Da evitare
Rude and incompetent. I took my bicycle to ask for a quote to fix the kickstand, and his answers ranged from "why don't you go to the decathlon" to "you have to go to a locksmith"; in conclusion he literally slammed the door in my face. To be avoided

Oltre al fatto di menarsela di meno perché è un semplice ciclista e non un preparatore dal passato glorioso, ha prezzi esagerati di manodopera e ricambi. A parte questo, ha cercato di farmi credere che c’era da cambiare il movimento centrale della bici e relativi cuscinetti. Prezzo 60 euro , valore della bici 30 euro. Gli dico che torno a casa e ci penso. Arrivo a casa e mi chiedo “ come fa a dare per certo il fatto che è da cambiare tutto il movimento e relativi cuscinetti se manco ha aperto la bici?” Risultato: non sono esperto ma con pazienza ho smontato tutto il blocco e i cuscinetti erano integri, perfetti. Ho rimontato tutto stringendo il tutto che si era allentato dall’inattività e la bici è una bomba. Fate voi.

Result: I am not an expert but I patiently dismantled the whole block and the bearings were intact, perfect. I reassembled everything by tightening everything that had come loose from inactivity and the bike is a bomb. You do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato la bici a centrare i raggi, avrei fatto un miglior lavoro io, inoltre la bici non è stata minimamente considerata su nulla, al punto da riconsegnarmela con le ruote sgonfie, mi ha cercato di vendere un copertone nuovo, dicendo che il mio era rotto, son tornato a casa ho sistemato il copertone che sempliceme era infilato male nella parte della valvola. Bicicletta riconsegnata senza lubrificare un minimo la catena, son d'accordo che non è dovere farlo, ma non è neanche mio dovere tornare in questo posto.

I took the bike to hit the spokes, I would have done a better job, moreover the bike was not considered in the least on anything, to the point of giving it back to me with deflated wheels, it tried to sell me a new tire, saying that mine was broken , I went home I arranged the tire which was simply slipped into the valve part. Bicycle returned without lubricating the chain, I agree that it is not a duty to do it, but it is not my duty to return to this place either.
Never again. I strongly advise against it

Se hai comprato una bici rubata a 50€ (che a casa mia si chiama ricettazione) e necessiti manutenzione, non venire qui.
Very fast service (1 working day), price in the Milanese average (changed both tires and inner tube for 50 €).
Ladies with a ready joke!
If you bought a stolen bike for € 50 (which in my house is called stolen goods) and it needs maintenance, don't come here.
