★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 2 stars, one for the part of great and likely employees who working there and the another star for the store because that's a biggest one of the city offering professional sports Equipments. Be ready for the worst part, you're going to pay and it's depend on your chance (25%) which cashier will be there; Don't waste your energy and time because at the first glance you will feel that (75%) not gonna answer to your greetings, put your jacket on, here is the North Pole. You having with the machines, who care the shoes you bying cost €400, not just No respect to clients BUT disrespect to them. One of my bad and last experience was this: The cashier open the shoes box while talking about their personal things with another employee and cancelling you from their chat without saying even one word or answering to your "Slave, buongiorno" :-? use the shoes bar code to result the price and finally say something refer to you, without even turning to you, guess: yes you right "THE SHOES PRICE" :-S... took my credit card, charge the money, gave my invoice and left. It's you to take the shoes, put it inside the box, close it and say Byeeeeee.!!!
I'm not gonna make you richer than this, with my own mistake, bying my Equipments here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 7pm on a Friday to buy ski boots. Three clerks were talking and laughing amongst themselves, and I was the only customer in the ski boot section (the store really was near empty). One went to answer the phone and after he was done, I asked who could help me. The guy didn't even respond verbally; he just walked off. I asked another clerk for help and he said he had to help someone else. After 25' of waiting, I left. I thought this store would be a good alternative to Decathlon but I'll never step foot in there again.

They have been very kind and they accepted to take them back and they gave me a bonus to spend there. It's perfect for me because there is a large choose of sport items that I like there.

After explaining my needs and my feet issues, the staff made me tried several pairs according to what we discussed. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, welcoming and nice. Great choice of good quality items for almost al types of sports. Highly recommend it?
