La segretaria è anche abbastanza scortese e ripete come un disco rotto "dovere aspettare..." "non posso passarle la segreteria didattica..." segno che non hanno nessuna intenzione di demordere sulla tattica dello scarica barile e che le persone insoddisfatte dai servizi di questa scuola sono più di una.
