★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuno, men che meno io, discute l'efficienza di questa officina, ma vorrei che il cliente fosse ascoltato. Mi sono recato ultimamente due volte per eseguire la manutenzione ordinaria e, in entrambe le volte, ho notato questa fastidiosa cosa. Ho chiesto al proprietario se potevano provare l'auto (non subito, quando sarebbe stato a loro più comodo) così magari avrebbero capito il problema, ma niente, non hanno tempo. Continuo ad avvertire il problema all'auto, ma non sono riuscito in tutte e due le volte a spiccicare più di tre parole che sono stato liquidato subito. I prezzi sono alti, come d'altronde tutte le officine di questo tipo, ma ritengo che siano leggermente inferiori rispetto alla concorrenza. Siccome si pagano centinaia di euro per dei filtri e per poco più di un'ora di lavoro, gradirei almeno essere ascoltato quando devo esporre un problema che, magari all'apparenza potrebbe sembrare niente, ma che poi in realtà potrebbe compromettere il funzionamento dell'auto. Mi sono sentito trattato più come un bancomat che come un cliente. Peccato, le esperienze passate erano state migliori.
Nobody, least of all me, discusses the efficiency of this workshop, but I would like the customer to be listened to. I have recently gone twice to perform routine maintenance and, in both times, I have noticed this annoying thing. I asked the owner if they could try the car (not immediately, when it would have been more convenient for them) so maybe they would have understood the problem, but nothing, they don't have time. I continue to feel the problem with the car, but in both cases I have not been able to stand out more than three words that I was immediately liquidated. The prices are high, like all other workshops of this type, but I think they are slightly lower than the competition. Since you pay hundreds of euros for filters and for a little over an hour of work, I would at least like to be listened to when I have to expose a problem that, apparently it might seem like nothing, but which in reality could compromise the functioning of the car. I felt treated more like an ATM than a customer. Too bad, past experiences had been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti, seri e molto professionali, dopo essere stata a Parma e Piacenza per risolvere un problema alla mia auto che al quanto detto da tutti sembrava insormontabile e molto dispendioso, questa officina dopo poche ore mi hanno contattato fornendomi un preventivo per la riparazione di 150€, alla quale ho acconsentito, sono passati 6 mesi ed il problema completamente risolto, non si è mai più presentato. Veramente Top 10 e lode
