★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompagnando un'amica a comprare il pane e "pizza",ero in fila con lei e con il mio cagnolino che stava un attimo annusando in giro per poi sedersi ad aspettare, la padrona o chiunque essa sia maleducatamente mi ha chiesto se mi servisse qualcosa e data la mia risposta negativa mi ha invitata ad uscire fuori con il cane. Quindi entro con il cane, non mi serve niente e di conseguenza devo uscire? Se non può entrare non dovrebbe entrare a prescindere e me lo dici subito con educazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza alta in teglia da paura. La più buona di Fidenza, un trancio tira l’altro. Focaccia ottima, soprattutto quella con lo stracchino.
Apprezzerei la presenza di più tipi di focacce (con olive, cipolle, ...) e di pizze farcite, peccato che non siano presenti.
High pizza in a scary pan. The best of Fidenza, one slice leads to another. Excellent focaccia, especially the one with stracchino.
I would appreciate the presence of more types of focaccia (with olives, onions, ...) and stuffed pizzas, too bad they are not present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon pane fresco e focaccia squisita. Il tempo di sfornarla e finisce subito. Consiglio di prenotarla, e fare due passi. Oppure si può aspettare qualche minuto perché viene preparata e cotta per tutta la mattina .buono l'erbazzone e la pizza
Good fresh bread and exquisite focaccia. The time to take it out of the oven and it ends immediately. I recommend to book it, and take a walk. Or you can wait a few minutes because the Erbazzone and the pizza are prepared and cooked all morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperto solo di mattina, Frati è una bottega storica ricca di sapore. È tutto buonissimo, specialmente il pane in ognuna delle sue gustose varietà. Tanto è vero che, giunti alle ore 12, non resta nulla nelle scansie della panetteria e neppure nell'espositore della pizza e focaccia. Il biglietto da visita più eloquente di tutti.
Open only in the morning, Frati is a historic shop full of flavor. Everything is delicious, especially the bread in each of its tasty varieties. So much so that, at 12 noon, nothing remains in the shelves of the bakery or even in the pizza and focaccia display. The most eloquent business card of all.
