Nice gym, complete with all equipment. Competent instructor who follows you and corrects you to perform the exercises in the best possible way. Always open and with the app it is quick and convenient to choose the most suitable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matteo and the CF Fidenza family are great! Traveling for work and in the area for the week, I was able to drop in 3 times. The team at CFF made me feel welcome the minute I walked through the door and even though it was my first time at this box there was a community feel and familiarity that I have grown accustomed to from my home gym and other boxes that CrossFit is known to have. The WODS were great too! Bravo e Grazie!
