Oltretutto rispetto ad altri pani che invecchiando si induriscono ma il sapore resta sempre ottimo per i crostini il loro ammuffisce. Mah! Torte: Terribili, ci hanno regalato una torta con la ricotta e uvette, sopra era gialla; Alla prima boccata le mie papille gustative sono state pervase da un sapore di RANCIDO, finita nella spazzatura. Mignon: I pasticcini, anche quelli regalati, pessimi. Li abbiamo buttati via su 4 volte 4. Non capisco come a qualcuno piacciano i loro prodotti. Qui potete trovare eccellente pane, dolci e prodotti da bar, pane in tante forme e tipo fatto direttamente da loro. Tavoli all'aperto per gustare i prodotti da bar e pasticceria. Buoni i prodotti, prezzi nella media dei locali del genere panificio, personale disponibile anche se non ho da dire nulla al riguardo perché non mi hanno ne colpito ne deluso, nella media. Da non perdere la famosa "pinza" preparata una volta all'anno solo in occasione del giorno dell'Epifania, anche se costosa, molto buona e caratteristica. In quel giorno, la sera si può ammirare se si è in loco l'accensione del famoso "pignrul grand" di Tarcento. Da provare assolutamente.
