★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pane, soprattutto lo zoccoletto fatto con il lievito madre. Purtroppo mancano pizze o focacce con le verdure senza formaggio. Bisognerebbe pensare anche alle centinaia di consumatori a cui il formaggio non piace!
