L	Leandro Gandolfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 3 Giugno si accende la spia motore del camper, preoccupato in quanto avevo fatto la distribuzione due giorni prima mi mermo e chiamo carro che mi porta come da assicurazione all'officina ford piu' vicina. Aime'. Luned' chiamo per chiedere se possona attacare il tester , 10 minuti di tempo, e capire il problema. La signora che mi risponde, in maniera decisa mi dice che e' una settimana incasinata e non sa se avranno tempo, ci proveranno. Giovedì 7 Giugno tutto tace, richiamo, la stessa s.ra sempre in tono " Deciso " mi dice che domani lo faranno. Lunedì 11 Giugno chiamo, mi passa il marito, dice che ci sta guradando e fra due ore mi richiama...silenzio. Martedì 12 Giugno chiamo, mi passa il marito, dice che mi chiama fra un'ora anche se sta scoppiando un temporale ( testuale ), silenzio. Mercoledì 13 Giugnio chiamo mi passa il marito che dice che mi chiama fra mezz'ora, silenzio. Gioved' 14 Giugno, vado a prendere il camper, entro chiedo le chiavi, non mi guardano neanche in faccia, mi danno le chiavi e mi avvio rischiando verso Bologna. ( potevo essere ancheun ladro ) Vado dal mio meccanico attacca il tester, in 5 minuti trova il problema risolvibile con pezzo da 9 euro e due ore di manodopera, domani lo vado a ritirare. E' TUTTO VERO, INCREDIBILE MA VERO. L'unica spegazione che mi do e' essendo gia' anziani non vedano l'ora di andare in pensione. Insisto che ho appuntamento ma mi viene risposto che la linea non viene tenuta libera e se arriva gente senza appuntamento viene fatta passare anche davanti a chi ha prenotato.. Sono andata via e non sono mai più tornata. Dovrebbero lavorare un po' sull'educazione e la comunicazione di vendita questi signori. La cordialità è quella cosa da signori. Il titolare è onesto ,ma ha dei collaboratori un po' ...così. Arrivano quasi a maltrattare il cliente ed e’ una continua incomprensione reciproca che alla lunga destabilizza. Meglio altre officine , decisamente. Each time they have one. A mio parere le signore alla cassa non sono anticipache ma molto fredde di carattere, e generalmente il cliente preferisce altro. Il problema è la maleducazione e la professionalità dei meccanici. La prima volta sono arrivato in ritardo di 10 minuti ed erano molto scocciati. La seconda volta una cosa mai vista. Mi avvicinò per chiedere informazione a due di loro. Entrambi mi passano di fianco senza nemmeno dirmi un buongiorno o un arriviamo subito. Appena riesco a parlare con uno di loro si piomba verso la mia macchina per cambiarmi la batteria e davanti a me parte sgommando e accelerando come un matto. Potrei dire molto peggio o ma è meglio di no. Occhio come usano le vostre macchine. Accelerano e vanno su di giri solo per nulla. Non tornerò più. Review in line with the latest made by customers. Dopo essere stato da lui mi sono ritrovato in autostrada con la mascherina che toccava l asfalto. Non solo in più quando mi ha fatto il tagliando non mi ha messo l' olio nel motore rischiando di farmelo bruciare. Ho avuto la netta sensazione che mi stesse truffando ho pensato veramente di denunciarlo!!!!!!!!!!!! Not recommended, the owner himself showed little experience.
