M	Massimo Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non se ne può mettere meno, a giugno dello scorso anno mi hanno fatto pagare un tagliando che proprio oggi ho scoperto non è stato fatto, in poche parole questa mi si è accesa la spia motore e recandomi nella prima officina autorizzata, mentre ero presente nello smontaggio del filtro gasolio chiedevo di sostituire anche quello dell'aria ed una volta estratto era completamente intasato, allora chiedevo di controllare anche gli altri e idem, tagliando fatto teoricamente 8.000km fa ! In sostanza ho pagato un tagliando mai fatto e della quale non ho mai avuto ricevuta di pagamento!!! CHE VERGOGNA ! R	RICCARDO CIPRIANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie chiama e pianifica l'appuntamento per un cambio gomme alla sua Clio, si presenta all'appuntamento per le 14.00 , invece alle 18 la vettura era ancora sul ponteggio! Ma come è possibile? A cosa questo punto un un'appuntamento a cosa serve ? La vettura è stata portata dento alle 16.00 ben 2 ore dopo ed è restata altre 2 ore sul ponteggio! Morale ore 18.30 la vettura è stata consegnata. Nell'arco di questo tempo è stato chiesto al personale di avere una stima del tempo che sarebbe stato necessario al cambio gomme, ed è stato ripetuto per ore adesso la facciamo tra poco e' pronta . Per un cambio gomme solitamente con l'appuntamento è stato di 30 minuti. Chiesto spiegazioni mi viene risposto a malo modo, guardi siamo incasinati! Premetto una cosa 1 anno fa' è accaduto la stessa situazione per il tagliando, oltre ad avere pagato 2 ore metre il meccanico ha lavorato sulla vettura 1 ora stando abbondanti . Senza parole mai più!!! My wife calls and schedule an appointment for a tire change to its Clio, introduces himself to 14.00, instead of the 18 the car was still on the scaffold! How is it possible? What this point an an appointment what is it? The car was brought to 16.00 dento than 2 hours later and it remained another 2 hours on the scaffold! Moral 18.30 the car was delivered. During this time I was asked the staff to get an estimate of the time it would take to change tires, and was repeated for hours now and we soon 'ready. For a change usually tires with the appointment was 30 minutes. Asked explanations are answered in a bad way, we look messed up! I state one thing one year ago 'happened the same situation for the cutting, as well as having paid for two hours meter mechanic worked on the car one hour being abundant. Without words ever again !!!
