Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura, a due passi dal lago, dell'abbazia e dai ristorante e pub della zona. 5 stelle meritate. Ritorneremo! It was a pleasant stay! New structure, friendly staff, spectacular views. I highly recommend staying at this property, a stone's throw from the lake, the abbey and the restaurants and pubs in the area. 5 stars you deserve. We will be back!

Purtroppo non ci sono tapparelle o persiane, per chi dorme sul divano letto è parecchio fastidioso visto che all'alba entra la luce senza alcun filtro. Servirebbero anche zanzariere o altri dispositivi per allontanare animali o insetti perché il primo risveglio è stato con un'invasione di formiche fin dentro il letto dei bambini e il secondo giorno un carinissimo scorpione in bagno. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Place surrounded by nature, well equipped kitchen and clean apartment. T	Teresa Frisina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casetta è molto carina tutta nuova sembra appena ristrutturata però non ci sono le zanzariere e si è costretti a stare o con le finestre chiuse oppure con gli insetti in casa, e questo in estate è un grandissimo problema. Non c'è aria condizionata e abbiamo patito il caldo. Ci sarebbe da migliorare anche l'accoglienza. The house is very nice and all new, it looks like it has just been renovated but there are no mosquito nets and you are forced to stay either with the windows closed or with insects in the house, and this in summer is a huge problem. There is no air conditioning and we suffered from the heat. Reception should also be improved.

Dentro senza molte pretese ma decoroso e funzionale. Divano letto un po' fachirico. Beautiful structure very impressive as a location. Low price. Nice outside of the apartments. Water not very hot even at maximum. Inside without many pretensions but decent and functional. Slightly fakir sofa bed.

Da qui a poco il lago le cascate e le Mainarde ...siamo arrivati da Alfedena fino a Barrea con poco tempo.. Sono bene organizzati per tutte le informazioni. Gentili e attenti. Stanze pulite nuove con tutti i comfort..entrata indipendente..noi lo consigliamo!!! We stayed four days..at this brand new expanding facility..excellent location over the lookout point. From here on, the lake, the waterfalls and the Mainarde ... we arrived from Alfedena to Barrea with little time .. They are well organized for all information. Kind and careful. New clean rooms with all comforts .. independent entrance .. we recommend it !!!

Le casette appena ristrutturate sono complete di ogni confort e si trovano a ridosso di Castel San Vincenzo, piccolo paesino molto apprezzato per la piccola piazzetta da cui si può ammirare il lago con tutto il suo splendore. A 2 minuti a piedi si trova appunto il lago dove in estate si possono fare braciate e campeggiare,a anche fare un bagno e noleggiare pedalò e kayak. Non lontano si puo visitare la famosa cascata del Volturno. Da non perdere. Da ritornarci in inverno!!!! Strutta surrounded by nature overlooking the mountains. The newly renovated houses are complete with every comfort and are located close to Castel San Vincenzo, a small village much appreciated for the small square from which you can admire the lake in all its splendor. A 2-minute walk away is the lake where in summer you can go for a hike and camp, even take a swim and rent pedal boats and kayaks. Not far away you can visit the famous Volturno waterfall. Not to be missed. To go back in winter !!!!

Il Borgo è immerso nella natura, a pochi metri da Castellone, puoi anche incontrare un cervo, mentre cammino, la struttura stata appena ultimata, ed è gestita in modo accogliente e molto flessibile. I proprietari, gentilissimi e visionari, stanno seguendo in prima persona i lavori di ristrutturazione e i risultati sono davvero buoni! Noi siamo stati nella stanza Antares, un bilocale ampio e ben arredato. L’attrezzatura della cucina è completa, c’è tutto l’occorrente per stare qualche giorno. Forno elettrico, frigo, fornelli a gas. Camera da letto con armadio ampio e cassettiera. Letto comodo, molto silenzioso, ci sono anche degli altri cuscini e coperte nell’armadio (io sono stato ad agosto, quindi non servivano molto) Wi-Fi funzionante e veloce, TV in soggiorno. Il bagno pulito, fornito di un set di asciugamani a persona. Il borgo è in fase di completamento, quindi ci torneremo per vedere quando sarà ancora più bello! Consigliato. We chose this structure as a base for a week in Molise. It was a very good choice. The owners, very kind and visionary, are personally following the renovation works and the results are really good! We stayed in the Antares room, a large and well furnished two-room apartment. The kitchen equipment is complete, there is everything you need to stay a few days. Electric oven, fridge, gas stove. Bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Comfortable bed, very quiet, there are also other pillows and blankets in the wardrobe (I was in August, so they didn't need much) Working and fast Wi-Fi, TV in the living room. The clean bathroom, stocked with one set of towels per person. The village is nearing completion, so we will be back to see when it will be even more beautiful! Recommended.

A chilometri zero un lago anch'esso bellissimo unitamente a un centro storico stupendo. Spero di ritornare e non solo l'inverno. Speriamo che il Comune dia a questa location un aiuto per migliorare la percorribilità del piccolo tratto di strada che collega la strada principale alla struttura. Spero di essere nuovamente ospite presso di voi. A dimenticavo la presente sig.a Lucia sempre disponibile in loco. Graziieee Excellent location together with all the staff. Very welcoming.
