Il Donzellino is a great place in a beautiful location. Massa Marittima is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. From Massa Marittima you can quickly reach the Tuscan coast and the beautiful natural park of the Maremma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto stupendo elegante pulito e molto curato ma atteggiamento da parte della proprietà vergognoso al limite del paradossale! Uno dei nostri cani è stato attaccato ben 2 volte dal pastore tedesco dei proprietari che è stato lasciato sempre libero nella tenuta. La seconda volta il nostro cane ha avuto bisogno di cure veterinarie (15 punti di sutura!). Le spese veterinarie sono state pagate giustamente dalla proprietaria che però non si è mai scusata per l'accaduto. Il nostro cane era al guinzaglio tenuto da mio maritoche aveva in braccio uno dei nostri figli bimbo di 8 mesi!!! Esperienza negativa
Beautiful clean elegant place and very nice but shameful attitude on the part of the property to the limit of the paradoxical! One of our dogs was attacked twice by the owners' German shepherd who was always left free on the estate. The second time our dog needed veterinary care (15 stitches!). The veterinary expenses were paid rightly by the owner who never apologized for the incident. Our dog was on a leash kept by my marit who had one of our 8 month old children in his arms !!! Negative experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia recensione si basa non sul soggiorno, bensì sul non soggiorno, perchè la struttura prima ha confermato la disponibilità della camera e la prenotazione, poi a distanza di tre ore ha inviato una mail di disdetta. Peccato che nel frattempo avevamo fissato e pagato già uno stabilimento balneare e un ristorante. La non professionalità e l' arroganza della proprietà durante la telefonata ci ha creato un grosso problema in quanto abbiamo perso molto tempo per trovare una location di riserva e alla fine per non perdere anche i soldi dello stabilimento balneare abbiamo dovuto fissare un posto di gran lunga più caro. Per fortuna viste le foto molto più bello.
Prima di prenotare dovevo controllare le recensioni e mi sarei accorto delle recensioni negative fatte da altre persone.

Unfortunately my review is based not on the stay, but on the non-stay, because the structure first confirmed the availability of the room and the reservation, then after three hours sent a cancellation email. Too bad that in the meantime we had already fixed and paid for a bathhouse and a restaurant. The unprofessionalism and arrogance of the property during the phone call created a big problem for us as we lost a lot of time to find a spare location and in the end in order not to lose the money of the bathhouse we had to fix a place far more Dear. Fortunately, given the photos much nicer.
Before booking I had to check the reviews and I would have noticed the negative reviews made by other people.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und eine wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Supermarkt und Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten zum Mountainbiken.
Very nice apartment and a beautiful, well-kept complex with a pool. We felt very comfortable. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us. The supermarket and city center are within walking distance. There are great opportunities for mountain biking in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and peaceful place, beautiful and clean apartment, very nice host and unique olive oil production. Recommended to all of those who want to chill in the swimming pool, have good wine and food in the nice old town, do road trips in the sorroundings (Firenze, Siena, Montalcino, San Gimignano and the other old towns are reachable by car in 1-1,5 hours) and go to the beach (30 minutes away)
