★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great customer service. We went there twice when we were on vacation this August as it was recommended by our tour guide. All the food servers were wonderful, one of them even gave my dogs a bowl of water and gave my 2 dogs chairs. The food was so wonderful and I recommend it to everyone that will go to Bologna, you really have to try dining at Bolpetta!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the menu was all in Italian, the waiter didn't hesitate to explain it all to us in English. We were given a high chair for our daughter straight away and the service was also fast. The food was absolutely delicious; so nice to have something different to pizza and pasta. There was also a change table which came in handy after our little one did a big poop! Wouldn't mind returning here again at all.

I was a bit disappointed today as the antipasti was amazing (pumpkin soup with spinach and provolone polpettas) but the main course (a mix of different kind of polpettas) was meh. Really plain flavour, although it was cooked perfectly. Perhaps we should try it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacked atmosphere, ordered a starter to share and 2 mains, one of the mains came out first, then the other starter, then the other main. Quite disorganised seeing as they weren't that busy. Meatballs were barely warm and quickly turned to cold which was a shame as the flavours were good.
Some background music and attention to detail on the orders and temperature of the food would be welcomed
