S	Sara Gangi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In risposta alla recensione del mio collega qui sotto, partiamo dal presupposto che non è assolutamente vero che è la meno cara nei paraggi e in quanto a disponibilità e organizzazione della struttura lo stesso giorno abbiamo trovato di meglio a poche decine di metri da li, sia io che gli altri miei colleghi. Vero si che la struttura è relativa ma anche i macchinari vecchi, l occhio vuole la sua parte sopratutto in riferimento al mensile. E un ultima cosa se esiste il sistema critico su internet ed aderite ad esso dovete imparare a saper accettare sia note positive ma soprattutto negative! Possibilità di parcheggiare all interno del cortile così non si ha il pensiero di dove lasciare la macchina.. Ti seguono dall inizio alla fine,ogni dubbio viene risolto dallo staff... sono stato in altre palestre a Cosenza e Rende ma la loro professionalità e competenza non ha eguali!!! Inoltre c'è un ambiente amichevole e familiare!! Consiglio a tutti di andare alla Body Project!!!! Competent instructors, quality services, courtesy and availability from the owner and from the instructors themselves .. Possibility to park inside the courtyard so you don't have to think about where to leave the car .. They follow you from start to finish, any doubts are resolved by the staff ... I have been to other gyms in Cosenza and Rende but their professionalism and competence is unmatched !!! Furthermore there is a friendly and familiar environment !! I recommend everyone to go to the Body Project !!!!

Gli istruttori che ti seguono sono molto esperti e professionali, ripetono più e più volte la spiegazione di un esercizio se non lo comprendi bene o soprattutto se non lo fai bene, perché ci tengono. Decisamente cortesi ed elastici su tutti i fronti. Non posso che dare 5 stelle! I've been going to this gym for months and honestly I'm doing well, for various reasons such as the quality of the place and the variety of equipment. The instructors who follow you are very experienced and professional, they repeat the explanation of an exercise over and over again if you don't understand it well or especially if you don't do it well, because they care. Definitely courteous and flexible on all fronts. I can only give 5 stars!
