Il Biocontrol è una struttura presente da anni in città, punto di riferimento per Cosenza e provincia, è esempio perfetto di eccellenza assoluta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Cura, rispetto ed educazione nei confronti del paziente, sono uno standard sempre rispettato, personale davvero molto professionale dall'accettazione ai vari comparti. Nulla da recepire Super clean and sanitized environment. Top place. Friendly, polite and super polite staff. Professionalism and honesty. The Biocontrol is a structure present for years in the city, a reference point for Cosenza and its province, it is a perfect example of absolute excellence from all points of view. Care, respect and education towards the patient, are a standard that is always respected, very professional staff from the acceptance to the various sectors. Nothing to understand

Chiamo per prenotare e mi rispondono che non c'è bisogno, poi dopo 69km arrivo e mi dicono dopo che scatta il mio turno con il bigliettino, che c'è un ora di attesa minimo! A quel punto me ne sono andato! QUESTA ERA LA SECONDA CHANCE DOPO CHE MI HANNO SBAGLIATO UNA RISONANZA DICENDOMI DI AVERE LA SCLEROSI MULTIPLA.... MAI PIU A star, because you can't put zero! Maximum disorganization! I call to book and they answer that there is no need, then after 69km I arrive and they tell me after my turn with the ticket starts, that there is a minimum waiting hour! At that point I left! THIS WAS THE SECOND CHANCE AFTER I GOT A MRI WRONG TELLING ME I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS .... NEVER AGAIN
M	Maria Giovanna Calvano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri (04/12/2021) alle 8:30 accompagno mio marito per una visita cardiologica più ECG con Qtc. Non ho difficoltà ad entrare perché specifico che è ipoudente; infatti all'accettazione lo aiuto nei preliminari (generalità e pagamento). Chiedo al medico se posso entrare ma mi risponde seccamente: assolutamente no! Rimango allibita perché è una visita a pagamento e di solito, per il suo problema, lo accompagno anche a visite effettuate tramite il SSN. Durante la visita porgo le mie lamentele alla signora dell'accettazione, facendole presente che, due settimane prima, ho accompagnato mia figlia, adulta e senza alcun problema, nella stessa struttura, per un'ecografia e il medico mi ha fatto entrare. La signora, per altro molto gentile, mi ha detto che dopo avrei potuto parlare con il medico. Ma la mia presenza era necessaria per fare una corretta anamnesi (cosa che mio marito da solo non ha potuto fare) durante la visita e non dopo! Non so se in futuro ci avvarremo ancora di questa struttura ma certamente non di questo cardiologo, che ha dimostrato mancanza di umanità e di gentilezza, doti che ogni medico, insieme alla professionalità, dovrebbe possedere. Yesterday (04/12/2021) at 8:30 am I accompany my husband for a cardiological examination plus ECG with Qtc. I have no difficulty in entering because I specify that he is hard of hearing; in fact, upon acceptance, I help him with the preliminaries (general information and payment). I ask the doctor if I can enter but he replies curtly: absolutely not! I am appalled because it is a paid visit and usually, due to his problem, I also accompany him to visits made through the NHS. During the visit, I address my complaints to the admission lady, pointing out that, two weeks earlier, I accompanied my daughter, an adult and without any problem, to the same facility for an ultrasound and the doctor let me in. The lady, also very kind, told me that later I could speak to the doctor. But my presence was necessary to make a correct medical history (which my husband could not do alone) during the visit and not after! I do not know if in the future we will make use of this structure again but certainly not of this cardiologist, who has shown a lack of humanity and kindness, qualities that every doctor, along with professionalism, should possess.

SONO GUARITA SUBITO! ❤️ Ottimo servizio lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti. I called them for blood tests for allergies, they told me they cost € 130. I'M HEALED IMMEDIATELY! ❤️ Great service I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Segnalo la grande mancanza di professionalità di una delle operatrici al telefono, chiaramente inadeguata ad interfacciarsi con il pubblico in determinati contesti. Portato in visione il referto firmato dalla dottoressa E.Sessa al Policlinico Gemelli, questo è stato giudicato incompleto oltre che frettolosamente refertato. Comprendo perfettamente che ciò che conta sono gli utili che la struttura riscuote, ma se a questi ci abbinaste anche una discreta qualità del servizio reso ciò costituirebbe un degno vantaggio per la regione Calabria. I did a contrast MRI at this facility. I point out the great lack of professionalism of one of the operators on the phone, clearly inadequate to interface with the public in certain contexts. Having examined the report signed by Dr. E.Sessa at the Gemelli Hospital, this was deemed incomplete as well as hastily reported. I fully understand that what matters are the profits that the structure collects, but if you combined these with a decent quality of service, this would be a worthy advantage for the Calabria region.

In questa struttura si eseguono tutti i tipi di analisi ed indagini diagnostiche e dispone delle più avanzate attrezzature tecnologiche. È punto di riferimento per pazienti non solo in città, ma in tutta la provincia di CS. È molto ben organizzata. Nonostante l'altissima affluenza, le file sono sempre ordinate ed il personale è professionale e gentilissimo. Io ne ho usufruito più volte, con soddisfazione. Penso che sia ai livelli delle migliori strutture del Nord Italia. Mi sento di consigliarla vivamente. Biocontrol, in Cosenza, is undoubtedly the most important and well-equipped private medical diagnostic facility in the whole Province. All types of diagnostic analyzes and investigations are carried out in this facility and has the most advanced technological equipment. It is a reference point for patients not only in the city, but throughout the province of CS. It is very well organized. Despite the very high turnout, the lines are always tidy and the staff is professional and very kind. I have used it several times, with satisfaction. I think it is at the level of the best structures in Northern Italy. I feel I can highly recommend it.

Sono stata più volte in questo luogo e ogni volta tutti i servizi sono stati impeccabili. Sembra di trovarsi in una clinica svizzera dove l’efficienza, l’igiene e la professionalità vengono poste sempre al primo posto. Gli ambienti poi sono molto piacevoli, bei colori ovunque, grande attenzione all’igiene, utilizzo dell’energia solare, fontane d’acqua e verde molto curato. Un piacere anche per i sensi. Consiglio vivamente ogni tipo di prestazione. È il miglior Centro diagnostico che io abbia mai visitato. Competence, efficiency and professionalism. A truly cutting-edge Center and a true excellence of Southern Italy. I have been to this place several times and every time all the services have been impeccable. It seems to be in a Swiss clinic where efficiency, hygiene and professionalism always come first. The rooms are also very pleasant, beautiful colors everywhere, great attention to hygiene, use of solar energy, water fountains and well-kept greenery. A pleasure for the senses too. I highly recommend any kind of performance. It is the best Diagnostic Center I have ever visited.
