Ho notato,però, che in fase di attesa allo sportello c'è di recente un bel po di confusione e gli addetti non sono flessibili oppure non ricevono istruzioni di dar man forte agli sportelli operativi negli orari di prima mattina. Ci sono inoltre, sempre nelle file di attesa, troppe priorità non giustificate . Va bene chi è in gravidanza, vanno bene i minori ma la priorità per infermieri, per assicurazioni, aziende convenzionate .. ecc. mi sembra un po troppo e chi entra per sottoporsi ad analisi a suo totale pagamento rimane l'ultima ruota del carro nel vero senso della parola. Scopro oggi 28 dicembre che contrariamente a quanto riportato dal sito la password si può recuperare solo telefonando. Ovvero in orari apertura. Il che è assurdo. Insomma l'esito del tampone rapido l'ho avuto dopo 4 giorni. Regalati 30 euro a Bilotta e Perri Quick swab done on December 24th. I access online reports. Impossible to view it. Io mi sono recato per l'esame dell'Helicobacter di mia moglie,tramite feci, anziché portare quest'ultime mia moglie erroneamente ha raccolto le urine . Incredibilmente il laboratorio, che non poteva eseguire questo test in quanto si può fare solo con il respiro o le feci,ha dato esito negativo!!! Conclusioni mia moglie era positiva !!! Truffatori E non hanno neanche avuto la dignità di riconoscere l'errore, quando mi sono recato per chiedere spiegazioni su come avessero potuto dare un esito a un esame che non poteva essere eseguito,hanno negato che nel contenitore c'erano delle urine Conclusioni per la mia esperienza : diffidate gente senza scrupoli!!! F	Francesco Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il covid c'è una grandissima confusione, non si mantengono le distanze all'ingresso durante le interminabili file, e soprattutto, i potenziali pazienti covid che devono essere sottoposti a tampone, entrano ed escono negli stessi spazi adibiti agli altri clienti. Ed anche i locali in cui vengono effettuati i tamponi sono gli stessi di quelli in cui svolgono altri esami. Loro dicono che i pazienti covid hanno altri orari di ingresso specifici, ma non è affatto vero(esperienza personale). E soprattutto dovreste igienizzare con nebulizzatore ogni giorno gli spazi comuni, con soluzione al cloro 0,1 e non usare uno spruzzino per pulire le vostre tastiera con disinfettanti da supermercato, tutte le superfici sono potenzialmente contaminate. La gestione delle norme anti COVID è approssimata e disattenta e il servizio di chi fa i tamponi è di livello bassissimo. F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per gestire la fila fuori un addetto da a tutti un numerino, che poi chiama per dartene un altro, e non si capisce perchè. Gli addetti allo sportello rispondono anche al telefono (le poche volte che il numero è accessibile) e questo la dice lunga sulla gestione; per avere i referti ci vogliono 3 o 4 giorni se insisti per averli, e certamente non on line, servizio che se funzionasse è complicato come il sistema nasa, quindi bisogna andare e rifare tutta la fila a ritirarli di persona, ovviamente ambiente non diviso, sia per clienti che devono fare il tampone, sia per clienti che fanno le analisi, quindi a rischio covid. L' alto indice di frequenza rende la struttura abbisognevole di soste di servizio spesso prolungate, pur se l' organizzazione dei servizi é al top dell'efficienza : dal preliminare trattamento amminiatrativo, allo smistamento ai diversi punti di prelievo. Qualche difficoltà si registra solo nelle occorrenze di posteggio delle auto, pur essendone il laboratorio dotato privatamente, ma in rapporto non corrispondente alle effettive esigenze. Una nota di merito, infine, per tutto il personale addetto, da quello amministrativo a quello scientifico-professionale, tutto all'altezza dei rispettivi compiti e mansioni; pazienza, comprensione e cortesia comprese.
