★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati in merito ad una bici in vendita su un sito ed hanno risposto subito alle mie domande inviandomi le foto richieste, poi ci siamo sentiti al telefono un paio di volte per accordarci ma da quando gli ho comunicato che avrei acquistato la bici non hanno più risposto alle mie mail , ai miei messaggi e alle mie telefonate. Non capisco questo comportamento, mi hanno fatto perdere 10 giorni di tempo, ho perso una bici che avevo bloccato in attesa di decidere, insomma un comportamento poco professionale. Per me è stata una vera delusione.
I contacted them about a bike for sale on a site and they immediately answered my questions by sending me the requested photos, then we heard on the phone a few times to agree but since I told him that I would buy the bike they have not more replied to my emails, my messages and my phone calls. I don't understand this behavior, they made me lose 10 days of time, I lost a bike that I had blocked waiting to decide, in short, an unprofessional behavior. For me it was a real disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato solo una camera d'aria alla bici elettrica, ma sono stato colpito dalla gentilezza dei titolari del negozio. Ampia disponibilità di biciclette per tutti i gusti. Ottimo servizio di riparazione ed assistenza. Consiglio cicli borbonici. Qualità e cortesia.
I only changed one inner tube to the electric bike, but was struck by the kindness of the shop owners. Wide availability of bicycles for all tastes. Excellent repair and assistance service. I recommend Bourbon cycles. Quality and courtesy.
