Scarsa organizzazione, lunghe attese ingiustificate, informazioni sommarie ed incomplete, prelievo eseguito in parallelo con altri clienti nella stessa stanza. Inoltre non sono stato informato del fatto che per accedere online ai referti online avrei dovuto compilare un modulo apposito, ed ora mi trovo pure costretto a tornarci. Esperienza molto deludente. First time in this lab, and there won't be a second. Poor organization, unjustified long waits, summary and incomplete information, sampling performed in parallel with other customers in the same room. Furthermore, I have not been informed that to access the online reports online I would have had to fill out a special form, and now I am also forced to return. Very disappointing experience.

Sabato mattina faccio un primo prelievo, sottolineo l urgenza e mi dicono che il referto sarebbe stato pronto per le 12:20 perché alle 12:30 avrebbero chiuso...ho aspettato fino alle 12:45. Questa mattina, due giorni dopo, vado a ripetere l esame, sottolineo l urgenza nell avere il risultato e mi assicurano che lo avrebbero caricato su referti on line tra le 17:30 e le 18:00. Sono le 18:20 e ovviamente sulla sezione del sito non c'è nulla. Questa si chiama mancanza di serietà. Absolutely unreliable. Saturday morning I make a first sample, I stress the urgency and they tell me that the report would be ready by 12:20 because they would close at 12:30 ... I waited until 12:45. This morning, two days later, I go to repeat the exam, I stress the urgency of having the result and they assure me that they would upload it to online reports between 17:30 and 18:00. It's 6:20 pm and obviously there is nothing on the website section. This is called a lack of seriousness.
