Fantastico il servizio per chi ha bambini al seguito, con la possibilità di seguire i più piccoli mentre ti alleni. Gli attrezzi sono di primissimo ordine.
 Excellent gym, complete with everything, offers excellent services and courses of all tastes, recommended for the professional and for those who are "novice", the staff follows you offering the best training based on physical requirements. Fantastic service for those with children in tow, with the possibility of following the little ones while you train. The tools are top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura é molto ampia e ben tenuta. La sala attrezzi è ben fornita e permette di allenare bene tutti i gruppi muscolari. Gli istruttori sono disponibili e gentili, in particolar modo Ottaviano. Il planning è vario e copre tutti i tipi di attività per qualsiasi età. Buona anche la posizione e la comodità del parcheggio posto dietro la struttura. La palestra é sicuramente la più innovativa e all'avanguardia di Cosenza. Un punto in più anche dato dalla proposta di ristorazione all'interno e dalla gentilezza delle ragazze che ci lavorano. Ho sottoscritto l'abbonamento annuale, sfruttando una promo e non mi sono mai pentita.
The structure is very large and well maintained. The tool room is well equipped and allows you to train all muscle groups well. The instructors are helpful and kind, especially Ottaviano. The planning is varied and covers all types of activities for any age. The position and convenience of the parking lot behind the structure is also good. The gym is certainly the most innovative and advanced in Cosenza. An additional point also given by the restaurant offer inside and by the kindness of the girls who work there. I subscribed to the annual subscription, taking advantage of a promo and I never regretted it.

Pulizia impeccabile dei bagni e delle docce, phon a disposizione della clientela e parcheggio ben strutturato dove poter lasciare la macchina in tutta tranquillità. Ottima palestra nel cuore di Cosenza dotata anche di centro estetico, e varie sale per lo svolgimento di un gran numero di corsi ??bar all interno della struttura. Numero 1 ?

Impeccable cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers, hairdryer available to customers and well-structured parking where you can leave your car in complete tranquility. Excellent gym in the heart of Cosenza also equipped with a beauty center, and various rooms for conducting a large number of ??bar courses within the structure. Number 1 ?
