L'appuntamento è saltato, in quanto non c'era sufficiente personale a garantire il servizio. Credo che questo denoti scarsa professionalità e poco rispetto della clientela. As a new client, I had made an appointment, but I was informed on the spot that the girl who was to perform the requested service was not available. The appointment was skipped, as there was not enough staff to guarantee the service. I believe this denotes poor professionalism and little respect for customers.
