★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto grande, disposta su due livelli e completa di piscina che per quanto non sia grandissima mi è piaciuta, perché è possibile fare un abbonamento che comprenda sia sala attrezzi che nuoto. Prezzi medio-alti rispetto la zona, ma possiamo dire che per la struttura ne vale la pena. Per quanto riguarda gli istruttori sono molto cordiali e disponibili, come del resto si ci aspetta da dei personal trainer che si suppone facciano il loro lavoro per passione.
Very large gym, arranged on two levels and complete with swimming pool which I liked very much, although it is possible to make a subscription that includes both a fitness room and a swimming pool. Average-high prices compared to the area, but we can say that for the structure it is worth it. As for the instructors, they are very friendly and helpful, as we expect from personal trainers who are supposed to do their job out of passion.

Centro Fitness con piscina interna dove è possibile fare nuoto libero pagando biglietto di entrata o possibilità di frequentare corsi di nuoto. Ginnastica funzionale e correttiva, corsi di arti marziali e fitness. Personal trainer in sala e possibilità di lezioni personalizzate a pagamento. Attrezzatura Tecnogym per bodybuilding e fitness. Corsi di Spinning. Possibilità di fare sedute pagando biglietto di entrata. Bar interno con piccola ristorazione dove possibile consumare un pasto post allenamento, disponibilità di frullati proteici pre e post work out. Personale cortese e professionale, sia al desk che in sala. Ampio parcheggio privato. Sicuramente una delle migliori è più complete struttura sportive a Cosenza.
