★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati in agenzia già con le idee chiare, dovevamo solo prenotare un pacchetto, davanti a noi c'era un altro cliente insieme ad altre 2 persone, guardavano vari pacchetti, una di esse ad un certo punto si é alzata ed é andata a casa a prendere qualcosa, é stata via una mezzora durante la quale si sono dati alle chiacchere, al ritorno di nuovo si sono messi a guardare le varie possibilità del loro viaggio, in tutto questo lasso di tempo, ( oltre un ora ) non ci hanno chiesto nulla, e pensare che nella mezzora di attesa avremmo potuto concludere, alla fine abbiamo telefonato ad un altra agenzia e ce ne siamo andati. Prenotato pacchetto dalla concorrenza. Sinceramente, se davanti avete un altra persona andate altrove. Pessimo trattamento.

Booked package from the competition. Honestly, if you have another person in front, go elsewhere. Bad treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evelyn la titolare di una delle agenzie é preparatissima , non per niente l'esperienza non è acqua!. Ricarica il giusto costo e generosa con i depliant che non fanno mai male.Le proposte sono buone ma anche se vuoi qualcosa di alternativo la scelta non manca.
Evelyn the owner of one of the agencies is very well prepared, not for nothing the experience is not water !. Top up at the right cost and generous with brochures that never hurt. The proposals are good but even if you want something alternative, there is no lack of choice.
