Per fortuna abbiamo risolto con altri professionisti, se dovevamo aspettare loro a Natale Co toccava stare a casa. È la prima voltaa, soprattutto in epoca covid, che mi sono sentita completamente dimenticata come cliente. Da NON ripetere.
We went to this agency in October to book the Christmas holidays. In mid-November, despite our numerous reminders, we still did not have an estimate despite our ideas being quite clear and the budget large.
Luckily we worked out with other professionals, if we had to wait for them at Christmas Co we had to stay at home. It is the first time, especially in the covid era, that I have felt completely forgotten as a customer. NOT to be repeated.
