Sono convinto che non farò mai più un viaggio con loro, mi dispiace! R	Roberto Balloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca chiarezza ed altrettanta poca disponibilità soprattutto nel momento di dover disdire un vacanza per problemi di salute, cosa che un cliente fa sempre con molto dispiacere. Nell'atto di prenotare la vacanza abbiamo espressamente specificato che potevano esserci dei problemi ed anche se remota ci poteva esserci la possibilità di dissetta. Sicuramente abbiamo capito male noi, anche se due persone su due (100%) comprende che disdicendo il viaggio si andava a perdere un 25/30% invece di un reale 75%, forse forse un po' di chiarezza in più non sarebbe stata sgradita.. Poi che io non sia un viaggiatore esperto, sono il primo a dirlo ma con un po' più di chiarezza sicuramente non avrei prenotato. Prometto che non mi vedranno più come cliente.
