Ho avuto bisogno diverse volte di effettuare un tampone Covid ed il dott. Davide si è dimostrato ogni volta competente, professionale e molto disponibile e cordiale. Grazie! Excellent pharmacy, equipped with every product (even not strictly belonging to the drug category) and with kind and trained staff. I needed a Covid swab several times and Dr. Davide proved to be competent, professional and very helpful and friendly every time. Thanks!

Da quando c'è il covid avrò fatto una ventina di tamponi, mai mi è capitato che mi uscisse il sangue dal naso, tra l'altro abbastanza, subito dopo laver effettuato il tampone. Evidentemente l'ha inserito e spinto troppo, causando "dolore" andato via poco dopo, e perdita di di sangue. La reazione del farmacista è stata "ne ho fatti mille mai successo" , non ha mostrato alcun dispiacere per l'accaduto. La mia reazione era chiaramente contrariata. Altro aspetto ancora più importante, credo non siano state seguite le misure di sicurezza per effettuare in farmacia test rapidi nasali. "Il/la farmacista indossa adeguati Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale: mascherina FFP2/KN95 (la mascherina deve coprire bene il naso, la bocca e il mento e deve aderire perfettamente); guanti; camice monouso o sovracamice, se disponibili, da dedicare all’attività; una protezione oculare (visiera/occhiali)." Non sono sicuro si sia igienizzato le mani prima, di certo non aveva né camice monouso né guanti, né visiera. Aveva la mascherina. Sconsiglio vivamente di effettuare il tampone in questa farmacia. Another even more important aspect, I believe the safety measures have not been followed to carry out rapid nasal tests in the pharmacy. "The pharmacist wears adequate Personal Protective Equipment: FFP2 / KN95 mask (the mask must cover the nose, mouth and chin well and must adhere perfectly); gloves; disposable gown or overcoat, if available, to be dedicated to the activity; eye protection (visor / goggles). " I'm not sure he sanitized his hands before, he certainly didn't have a disposable coat, gloves or face shield. He had a mask. I strongly advise against swabbing at this pharmacy.

Gentilissimi anche in passato quando per errore del sistema nazionale non arrivava il green pass; hanno risolto prontamente per telefono forzando l'invio di un nuovo SMS. G	GIUSEPPA CECCARELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho effettuato qui un tampone rapido. Il servizio è stato pessimo e il farmacista scortese al limite dell' incommentabile! Non mi ha nemmeno fatto sedere per il prelievo, non indossava nè un sovracamice nè altri dispositivi che so essere obbligatori per tale servizio e infine,dopo avergli chiesto gentilmente le stampa del QR code,mi ha risposto che tutto quello non avrebbe nemmeno dovuto essere il suo lavoro poiché , fra l' altro, gli porta via ogni volta 10/15 minuti....! Alla mia osservazione che, se si trovava lì in quel ruolo,era perché anche quello faceva parte del suo lavoro, non ha esitato a controbattere il perché fossi andata lì...!! Paradossale e spiacevole come non mi era mai successo prima in altre farmacie ! I did a quick swab here this morning. The service was bad and the pharmacist rude to the limit of incommentable!
