La farmacista mi ha subito rifilato un momentact dicendo che era uguale all'oki ma più leggero. Tornata a casa ho confrontato i 2 farmaci ma la composizione in realtà era ben diversa: uno a base di ibuprofene l'altro di ketoprofene.. A questo punto ho richiamato la farmacista per dissentire su quello che mi aveva precedentemente detto ma lei ha cercato di smentire tutto dicendo che mi aveva avvertito che erano 2 farmaci diversi e terminando la conversazione con testuali parole: torna qui che ti ridò i tuoi soldi. E buttandomi il telefono in faccia, senza neanche un saluto. Sono queste le cose che fanno capire quanto una persona possa essere scortese e poco professionale. Sembrava quasi solo una questione di soldi, quando in realtà c’è una persona che sta male. Non ci tornerò mai più. Hello everyone!
