Questa é disonestá ed é sicuro che non tornerò mai più. Mi hanno risposto in modo chiaro professionale e gentilissimo. Ho preordinato, pochi giorni dopo la bici era pronta e mi hanno mandato foto e dettagli, ho pagato con bonifico e l'ho ricevuta a casa (Roma) col corriere incluso nel prezzo, prezzo ottimo tra l'altro. Una transazione fantastica e non posso che consigliarli in tutt'Italia. Fantastici. I wish I could give more stars! I was looking for a bike with some special features so I called them after a look at the site (well done). They answered me clearly professional and very kind. I pre-ordered, a few days later the bike was ready and they sent me photos and details, I paid by bank transfer and I received it at home (Rome) with the courier included in the price, excellent price by the way. A fantastic transaction and I can only recommend them throughout Italy. Fantastic.
J	José Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad overseas experience from this shop. Bought a bianchi bike that came with a different, used, unajusted and damaged rims that especifications. Even sending pictures with scratches on rims, never take care of it. I had to adjust the bike myself, came without any adjustment, rear derailleur jumping. Had to buy a set of new rims and then perfect. On the other hand they don't know how to package a bike, this came in another bike box complete loose inside, the handlebar hanged from the frame with a tirep!! and the transporter dropped the box in front of the house. My God, paid 68€ transport for this kind of service. First was said transport insurance, complete false. It seems that I bought a bike in Sicilia. They are gentle until there are problems, and when they see the client is lost gently goes away easy. So it was completely useless to discuss with them, simply no professional. I realise that I don't have guaranty, neather I have printed oficial invoice. I wonder where this bike can come.

The part I was looking for was sold out on mostly all other than Italian shops and the latter don't deliver outside Italy usually. I just received my Cinelli Double Trouble handlebar purchased on cicliservadei.it and must say that I am very happy. Thank you very much!
